Retro Fitting

We first welded a stainless steel frame to put in the pit. This frame was welded on site.

The original machine that was in this pit was an 833 pit mounted sterilizer. We had to retro fit this pit to house a used 733 floor mounted sterilizer.

Small stainless legs were also crafted on site to support the frame itself. They were then welded to the bottom

Last before the machine goes in place, we laid the large flat sheet of stainless down and weld it to the frame.

And here is the machine installed over the new base we made on site. A 733 Sterilizer floor mounted where a pit mounted 833 had just been. All of this done in a running facility.
